President and CEO

Roxana Semorile is a distinguished leader with extensive expertise in business development, community relations, and administrative leadership across both the public and private sectors. She currently serves as President of Semorile Holdings, LLC, a woman-owned business, and previously held the role of Chief of Staff at MANDEX, Inc., overseeing operations for a workforce of over 130 employees across sectors including IT, national defense, and intelligence around the world. Roxana has held key leadership positions such as Associate Dean of Administration at Catholic University’s School of Theology and Religious Studies, where she advanced institutional initiatives like the Committee of Hispanic Catholicism Endowment and the National Haciendo Caminos program. As Executive Director of the Washington, DC Office of Latino Affairs, she led strategies to enhance service access for the community and influenced policy at both local, federal, and international levels. As Vice President at Ibarra Strategy Group, it further deepened her impact in public affairs, focusing on advocacy and international collaboration. With experience representing major organizations such as Verizon and the National Building Trades on Capitol Hill, Roxana brings a proven track record in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy development. She continues to offer her expertise through board service with organizations like Trinity Missions and Annunciation Catholic School, consistently fostering stronger connections between communities, businesses, and government institutions.
